Don't worry about that 20% increase in the price of semiconductors from Taiwan. The way it's figured in the inflation rate, it's really a 50% DECREASE, because this year's technology is that much better than last year's. That's how the entire electronics category that they use in calculating the inflation rate shows that we're just paying a little over 1% of what we were paying for electronics way back in 1998......

Sam, a couple of relevant thoughts here. First, most of those were not Americans, but Afghans, and a high percentage of them were not vetted, but simple able to elbow out others. We don't know how many of them are actually ISIS or similar terrorists, but there are already those who have been ID'd as being on the terrorist watch list (and likely there are many more not identified):
Secondly, we left hundreds and possibly thousands of US citizens stranded, which Biden had promised not to do. We NEVER leave our people behind, but he did.
Third, praising him for evacuating a lot of people is like praising a captain who sank his own ship for the fact that a lot of people made it to the lifeboats. It would not have been necessary but for his own stupidity and arrogance. He refused to follow Trump's plan by making the withdrawal unconditional (Trump would have bombed the Taliban the minute they violated the agreement by marching on cities, and in fact did so last year), by doing the withdrawal in at the worst time seasonally, by giving up Bagram AFB, and by getting rid of an agency Trump created to make withdrawal orderly and safe.
Lastly, Biden gave the Taliban a "kill list" identifying every Afghan who worked with us, including where to find them. Nice ally, eh? So when they go door-to-door to torture and murder those who helped us, and rape their wives and children, Biden will have even more blood on his hands.
