We don’t need to impeach Biden based on “racism” - how about treason? Sedition? Conspiracy to subvert the Constitution and hand over U.S. sovereignty to the WHO through amendments to the International Health Regulations? Check out dontyoudare.info
If it ever comes to pass that 2/3 of the U.S. Senate votes to remove a president from office following an impeachment, I can't even imagine a court stepping in and saying "well, that was just politics, not a 'high crime or misdemeanor.'" So bottom line, the cause for impeachment can be whatever Congress has the political will to vote for.
As far as precedents in modern times, it was the Democrats who opened the door to impeachment for any reason. Sure, there were politics involved in the Clinton impeachment, but he was impeached for actual crimes and he undoubtedly committed those crimes. Every impeachment - or failure to impeach - has political considerations. The framers surely considered this when they gave the impeachment and removal power to a political branch. The idea that they envisioned the Congress functioning like an independent judicial body for such a proceeding is ludicrous. IMO, their only mistake was not requiring a supermajority for impeachment by the House, e.g. 3/5.

We need a “trigger law” procedure so we can impeach presidents before they are elected.

The path to removing him is through his financial dealings with foreign states via his corrupt son. Bribery and influence pedaling.
Hopefully the Senate will do the right thing and remove him.
